Shipping policy

StarSamples is primarily a digital download store. Our products, including audio samples, loops, presets, MIDI files, sound libraries, and other digital content, are delivered electronically. Therefore, no physical shipping is required and no shipping fees apply to standard digital purchases.

After completing a purchase, customers receive access to their digital products through the download method provided by StarSamples.

Physical Media Upon Request

Customers who require their purchased products on physical storage media may contact us to request delivery on a USB drive, SSD, DVD, or other compatible storage medium, where available.

Physical media delivery is an optional service and is not included in the standard product price.

The customer is responsible for all applicable costs associated with physical delivery, including the storage device, packaging, shipping, courier charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other delivery-related expenses.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods will be communicated to the customer before physical media is prepared and dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, carrier, and customs processing. StarSamples cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
